Amazing hotel with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and pets allowed. The staff even helped me with a hot drink during my first stay. I always feel welcomed and look forward to coming back for Christmas.

The location was favourable and incredible, near highway. Moreover, it was just a short walk away from Westcliffe Park. The restaurant was awesome with excellent food here, I had hot dishes.

There was lobby missing, I was a little disappointed.

Its location within walking distance of Westcliffe Park was marvellous.

Man, the front desk was super helpful, gave me a chill map when my phone didn't work. The room was clean and mad comfy, like I coulda slept all day! Breakfast had a solid spread, but I wish they had hot options like bacon, ya feel me?

We really enjoyed rooms for the value.

I had very very good days staying at this hip new hotel. The queen room had basic facilities you need, a refrigerator, an air conditioning and an iron. The location was marvellous, just a short walk away from Drummond Methodist Church. Furthermore, the area was calm.

The fire alarms went off two times in two hours, really set a dreadful mood. I expected a better experience, maybe a complimentary gesture for that chaos, but no such luck. Breakfast options were disgracefully lackluster, considering the place bills itself as a hotel. I thought I'd leave a good review, but just couldn't.

No morning under-door bill printout... Loss of morning time waithin in line to get it at the reception. Berakfat area/offerings poor, hotel should make it look better or do without it

the breakfast was fresh made, with plenty of food. this hotel was located in a remote area short walk to restaurant there as well as all shopping areas.

The restaurant is amazing, but the fridge in the room was broken.

The building is nice and the rooms are cosy.

I was surprised by the poor cleanliness of the room, as it still had someone else's AirPods lying on the floor. I also encountered a frustrating situation where the housekeeping staff barged in without permission, despite having a sign requesting privacy. The advertised breakfast was a joke. I was directed to a restaurant where I had to pay for mediocre food that should have been included.

beds are comfortable , break fast was good, location ,check in and check out takes couple of minuits only. easy access to parking , wi-fi was good.

in the fourth and last night cleaning was poor no hand soap , no paper tissues .

Generally a clean and organized hotel. Excellent restaurant attached to the hotel.

Power plugs would be a great asset in the hotel rooms next to beds and/or on the desks for electronic equipment.
